The staff was friendly and helpful. Animation's okay.
The hotel's pretty old and unmaintained. The food could be better. The beach is relatively far away from the hotel, almost 1 km. The air conditioning in the restaurant's always broken. There is only instant coffee.

The breakfast was very rich and balanced.
The staff at the reception was very nice. The waiter in the evening intentionally missed us when we wanted to order. We had to get the drinks ourselves.

The beach was beautiful and the food was tasty. We appreciated the variety of food options available, and we particularly enjoyed the local specialties. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and attractions.
The hotel could use some updating, as the rooms seemed a bit rundown. the pool area was often crowded and it was difficult to find a place to relax.

As usual, a small tip does wonders. Clean pool, enough sun beds. The food was tasty and even well seasoned.
When you're eating, you have to wait for drinks forever.

Even the Enfidha International airport was not so far. We liked the pool.

Spent a great New Year's Eve at a hotel with amazing entertainment. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and some fantastic bars and shops nearby. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and dinners, with a wide range of dishes on offer, including some great local cuisine. The animation team were fantastic, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained throughout the day.
There were a few minor issues we encountered throughout our stay. Our room was a little cramped, and we struggled with limited bathroom space.

The rooms were cute and comfortable. We had a nice view off our balcony and had no trouble getting to the pool and dining area.
I thought that it was a bit overpriced.

The room was clean with a beautiful view of the beach and nearby historical site. The hotel had direct access to the clean beach, with a pleasant walk through the shaded trees. The staff were absolutely fantastic and welcoming, especially the guy who looked after the sunbeds at the beach. The hotel grounds were clean and well-maintained, and the walk down to the beach was lovely. The restaurant improved after the first night and the food was decent, especially the desserts made by the excellent pastry chef. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, with a special mention to the guy who assisted with money exchange and gave great recommendations for evenings out. The entertainment staff, especially Tito, were friendly and always made an effort to check in and make guests smile. The paths along the hotel were peaceful and pretty. The wait staff during meals were helpful and there was a lot of variety in the food which tasted pretty good. The room attendants were also excellent.

We stayed at a hotel located in a beautiful beach area, just a short walk to the sandy shore and Pirate Ship. the location was ideal for us, as we could easily walk to the supermarket and grab some milk. the room was neat and tidy, and the bathroom was clean and functional. the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. the hotel boasted a lovely view of the sea, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The music was too loud at night and made it difficult to get a good night's rest.
